A truly well presented two story `retro` style holiday bach with uninterrupted views of `Indicators Surf break` ocean and surf. Only minutes away from Raglan`s famous surf spots; Indicators, Whale Bay and Manu Bay - all within walking distance - a surfers paradise, 8.5km drive (12 mins) from Raglan township.
This home has been designed to engulf sunlight and sheltered from predominant winds. Enjoy the large deck upstairs which flows from master bedroom to main living areas and onto deck with BBQ. The kitchen is well fitted out with an open plan entertainers delight directly onto dining and lounge areas. with bifolds opening to outdoor living.

Whale Bay is the haven for surfers, if the surf is pumping the street with be aligned with cars however the area is not noisy and less crowded over Autumn-Winter months.
I would suggest you have a vehicle, as based at the `Bay`, 10 mins drive from Raglan township, so if need to, stock up upon arrival.
Location of holiday home, which is based out at Whale Bay has limited cell phone reception, however good wifi, so come prepared to completely chill out and relax.

Summary: The house was clean, warm & dry. The view is fabulous and watch sunsets is a must daily routine. We all needed some recharging and this is certainly the spot for it. Thanks to Jill’s also who did a great job and had a can do approach. Awesome all round

Summary: Last minor booking and unsure where to stay. Couldn’t believe the location. This is a functional and practical house that gives a great view over the surf and headland . Great ( dineehat hard) walking tracts close by . Clean and comfortable.

Summary: The Stay was all good. However, the beds were very uncomfortable. The couch in the front room was horrible. All of the cookware was terrible and falling apart. All of the cutlery is very dull, old and dangerous. The location is wonderful The host was fantastic The house had pests probably rats in the attic For sure, the property needs to be cleaned up and upgraded Hot tub was very old, only one out of eight Jets worked It was a perfect location with a perfect view and a wonderful host. However, it was as if the owners have not taken care of the property in years. The space heaters were old, small and cheap The fans that were provided for the comfort of guest were the tiniest oldest cheapest things I’ve ever seen This was yet another property or the owners take money and never do any upgrading

Summary: This was a great place to stay and soak in the surfer vibe. The space is very comfortable. Good beds, great view from the deck. Hot tub was good. Gas grill on deck was clean and worked well for burgers and steaks. Ngarunui Beach close-by down the road is an awesome beach for swimmers to splash in the surf. Very enjoyable stay!
